Where can i watch NFL playoffs in Taiwan?

Yep, NFL on MOD 174. Saw Romo break his collarbone yesterday, ouch. That defender jumping on him meant business. What an ugly game that was. I think the Eagles should insert Sanchez back in the starting lineup.
My apologies to Channel 174, whoever they are- they’re showing 3 or 4 games a week, pretty up to date.

ASN on Channel 185 had NCAA football for the first couple of weeks, but seemed to have dropped it.
They’ve been replaying the last game they showed - Louisville vs. Clemson, Sept 17- for the last week, apparently hoping nobody will notice, as they continue to advertise they have NCAA games. It’s on right now, for the second time today, and about the tenth time this week.
That is unfortunately the model of programming that they use in Taiwan (and probably many places). If you want a golf channel(s) then it will be full of replays from who knows when. Same for the tennis channel(s). The NFL channel is exactly the same midweek. ASN has a few different sports at least but they play a bunch of replays. NCAA coverage has been completely hit and miss but mostly non-existent. At least the covered both the football and basketball championships last year.

Watched Kansas at Green Bay this morning. That Rogers guy is really good.

Anyone knows of any bars showing the AFC title game (Monday 4:05 am Taiwan time) and NFC title game (Monday 7:40am Taiwan time). Be nice to watch in a cheering pub instead of watching by myself.

Which bars in Taipei are showing the Super Bowl besides Brass Monkey, On Tap and Carnegies?

Looks like Brass Monkey Xinyi will show live football starting tomorrow morning at 9:30 and then next Monday at 4 a.m.

Kind of followed twitter and real-time score for the Packers vs. Cowboys game this morning (Sunday game in the US). Wow, that must have been a nail-biter to actually watch. 34-31, Packers with a field goal in the final seconds. Time out called and granted for the first field goal which negated it. Then another field goal attempted and it was again successful.

Saw the game this morning. Prescott is the future of the NFL, if he can build on his stellar rookie season. The crucial play was the one before the final field goal. Rogers with a very accurate pass again. It’s a joy watching that man with the ball in his hand. The drive to start the third quarter was awesome.

Brass monkey Xinyi had it on multiple screens and even had a breakfast menu. I guess this will be my goto spot for live games.

Too bad they don’t have drink specials. But most people weren’t drinking anyway.

And the bonus was then they showed live UFC MMA fight after.

@Whalens_restaurant shows big games but no fixed schedule. One very cool new addition to the sports viewing scene is the new Poutinerie over by Pipe. There are a couple of screens there and lotsa cold beer. Pretty good for a nice night watching sports on the “poutio”, but would totally suck if it rained.

Either place is open to a small group private party kinda showing as well, given the odd hours of games.

Tomorrow Monday morning 4am and 730am.

Some of these places might show playoffs and regular games in addition to Superbowl.

Not sure where you live, but down here in Kaohsiung there are plenty of sports bars. The lighthouse bar that’s here is American owned and plays all NFL games streamed, owner is good guy too. But there should be sports bars all over the place no matter where you are, just need to search.
