This is the bike that they “use” in the movie Torque. It’s real…and apparently street legal? Interesting.

you might be interested in this old thing…

John Britten built this over 10 years ago in his garage at home in NZ, and went on to win Daytona Battle of the Twins amongst other things. I met the man and saw the bike in action a few times.

Ha Ha

If you commute to work via the Bonneville salt flats then I’d say you are good to go…

Two speed only as well

1st Gear = Entertaining
2nd Gear = Scare yourself to death

Jay Lento owns one of those suckers…aren’t they called Y2Ks or something?

Ugly as hell. Heard it has a helicpoter engine in it.

Tainan cowboy’s ignore button bike has Dodge’s 500hp v10. Yowee!

Yowee indeed. :happybiker:

Is that thing just a concept bike or are they actually selling them?

like the OP the dodge v10 bike is wonderful if you can blast straightline superslab all day long, but take it to the twisties and you’ll be left behind by a screaming 135cc 2 stroke…

no clue as to if its only a concept bike or if its actually in production…gotta love the sound it makes though…so damn mean…

If you wanna talk about sound. The Y2K’s turbine engine sounds like a Harrier Jet.

You should edit that post…since now you only have one ignore button

Thanks…and for those who missed it…
