11 Dead, Several Others Shot At Pittsburgh Synagogue

Do the people that say trump is anti Semitic know his daughter and granddaughter and other family are…Jewish?

(Please see the post just before yours.)

Yes Andrew, we know that. So what?

Equating anti-Israel sentiment, especially under the current administration, with anti-Semitism falls somewhere between disingenuous and stupid, depending on one’s intention.

So a guy who says openly he will destroy anyone who tries to destroy the Jewish people and is also supporter of Israel

It isn’t so much that he must be anti-Semitic. In reality he probably doesn’t really care one way or the other. It’s more troubling that he hasn’t bothered to denounce the Neo-Nazis and KKK members who support or have invoked him.

He has, on multiple occasions. It’s just that the left seems to have a hearing problem.

The statement came two days after the president failed to specifically condemn the white supremacist rally during which a woman was killed and as many as 19 wounded by a driver who reportedly espoused racist and pro-Nazi sentiments and had taken part in the “Unite the Right” march in Charlottesville. Trump, who met Monday with Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray, reiterated that the Justice Department has launched a civil rights probe into the death of Heather Heyer, 32, who was killed when a car allegedly driven by James Alex Fields Jr., of Ohio slammed into a group of counterprotesters.

On Saturday, Trump condemned “the egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides,” sparking sharp criticism from Democrats, civil rights proponents and some Republicans for failing to single out and condemn the white supremacists who sparked the violence.

Too little too late…

Why doesn’t Trump denounce XYZ!!?!?!?!?

Trump denounces XYZ.

It’s too little, too late!!!

This is so boring…

Still, the anti-Semites are well on your side. Hope you like them. Equating opposition to various policies of Isreal to anti-Semitism is the kind of sad logic I’d expect from CNN.

The anti-Semites are on the anti-Semites’ side, and nobody who matters is on their side. Trying to somehow connect them to Trump is absolutely ridiculous. Especially for people who pretend to be journalists.

Lets take a poll of them and see who they support lol. When you sleep with a pig, you can’t help but get mud all over you.

I’m just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. At any rate, US Democrats certainly say and write things that are anti-Semitic.

You are free to take your judgment and park it where the sun don’t shine.

Do the same buddy! Your backside will be a good sight dirtier though.

All kinds of vile racists and bigots support the Democrats too. This, in itself, doesn’t mean anything. Everybody ends up choosing a side, even the worst types.

Again, Trump’s “problem” is that he refuses to march to the Democrat tune. Trump will never, ever be the president the Democrats want. Ain’t gonna happen.

He waits until ten minutes into a speech to denounce xyz. Democrats scream “too little too late.” As if it doesn’t count. He’s going to fight tooth and nail against Democrat attempts to control the narrative - including going out of way to delay, for a minute, his denouncements.

That’s all this comes down to, really. Who controls what POTUS says and when he says it.

Uh…Putin, right? CNN told me so. :sunglasses:

If Trump doesn’t say exactly what Democrats insist he should say, exactly when and how they insist he should, then it’s as if never said anything at all.

It’s frustratingly childish of Democrats. I’m hoping that tomorrow makes them wake up and realize they’re going to have to bring more substance, a willingness to work with rather than against Trump, and far less style.
