I’ve been there before, and know it’s boring, but we are going again. What time do the shops there open? I checked online and everything says open 24 hours, because the site is a public area. Can’t find what time the actual shops open though. What time should we go? We want to go early before my daughter gets tired and starts being a pain… if you know, you know.

Most restaurants/cafes are open at noon. That includes exhibition and entertainment areas.
I find the nearby produce market on Linsen road far more entertaining. Taipei Hope Square
