Hi, Texas Guy here.
I’ve only posted twice and this makes thrice.
The first time I posted, I got an email notifying me of a reply to it (I had asked about moving to Taiwan/Taipei from Texas, in Where do I find?).
The second time, I had a reply to the post, but no email notifying me (this was my post commenting about cramming Chinese characters for a test vis-a-vis putting them into long-term memory in my Brain Housing Group, under the Learning Chinese area).

An FYI to you good folks who run this web site (which is awesome).

Maybe it’s a one-time glitch and it only happened to me; if so, no biggie.

I think I needed to simply click on Watch to get the email about responses, yes?

You are right.

Also, email notifications for a thread are only sent for the first reply since you last logged in. So if you click back to the website, you should be alerted to the next post after then
