Second-hand shops are rather rare here and I don’t think you’ll find one that sells PCs. You’re much more likely to find a used PC on the Segue or Tealit “for sale” forums, or through a friend.
Also, the shops down at Ba-de sell lots of out-of-production, “you must be kidding” (designs, quality) and factory seconds. Just because something is wrapped in celophane doesn’t necessarily mean it was ever deserving of the title “new.”
