A beautiful dog left behind by owner at nearby launderette

I saw someone coming with a dog to wash cloths at our nearby Launderette couple of days back. That evening only the dog remained, no sign of the owner. This is an excellent dog. He is one of those white with black spots type, beautiful dog. He seems to be in good health. He is an average size quiet and friendly dog; exactly the one I need but my owner doesn’t allow me to keep one :p.
The dog is hanging out near Launderette where its owner left him. If you want to check out, the address is 109縣道 / 舊莊街一段96巷 Nangang District, Taipei, Taiwan.
Google map shows an old picture with closed shutters. The corner one with closed shutters on the cross of two streets is the launderette.

Is there no way you can help the poor dog?

I am giving him at least one meal everyday. I may not be able to do more than that. However, I believe somebody else would also feed the dog as there are many old (friendly) people living on that street.

Dog disappeared.
