I saw a woman walking her Shiba dog while she was on her bicycle outside of Chiang Kai-shek memorial hall. Both woman and dog seemed kind of uncomfortable. She kept him on a short leash and he was always pulling her off-balance. Then, as I looked on, she accidentally ran over her dog’s neck with her bicycle. I thought she might have killed him, since the whole front wheel went over the dog and he let out an ungodly yelp.
But somehow he just got up and shook himself off and was fine. I guess Shibas must have stout necks.
