i just finished a show and i wanted to ask you guys about this. have you noticed that people who run shows in taiwan don’t know what the fuck they’re doing? i mean, i barely had time to tune. they have no concept of how to do things. the sometimes put you so on the spot before a show ( can we change the order and out you last, no we don’t have a mic stand, etc) then when you say anything, you’re being a big shot (da pai). i’m not asking for pampering. just basics. i’ve decided never to perform again until i can buy my own little PA- a yamaha porta-f#$k or whatever they call it.
