When I got my G1 a couple of years ago, I (quite stupidly) dropped it face down on the ground. I’ve always been broke, and it still functioned, so I decided not to bother having it repaired when I was in the states. Now I’d like to get it repaired (and unlocked would also be nice!) so that I can use it as a camera.
Does anyone know of a shop in Hsinchu where I can get this done, and roughly how much it will cost?
Have a look inside NOVA, there are several HTC branded retailers. They will probably send it back to the factory and you would have to wait some days. However, I prefer a shop in NOVA called PDA king, they can help you with rooting or upgrades as well. As to the cost, I have got no idea…
