I stopped at Sogo1 in Taichung today and had a look at their wine shop, at the basement. Spoting a couple of interesting bottles, I start to chat with the clerk, expressing my concern on the way they keep their wine. After listening to his probable lies, I decide to buy two bottles of “bordeau”.
Result: 2000NT down the sink. If you like wine, do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them.
Question to the few forumosans living in Taichung: do you know a good place to buy wine and liquor?
