We’re preparing ourselves to be a full-scale ecommerce operation and a return policy matching that of major retail sites. Since we deal directly with the brands that we offer you, everything you receive will be in its original packaging, just as you would shopping in the US. Bottomline is, we’re not a mom/pop run store, or an overseas shopping service. We’re well funded, and taking parenting in Taiwan very seriously!

If you just won’t let yourself purchase an item for 45% more than what you could have gotten it for back home, we’ll make it a little easier. We can’t match MSRP, but we’ll be pretty damn consistently close to it most of the time.
