My tw wife filed a divorce suit against me writing some false accusations based on the 10 elements which I will refute with the help of my lawyer.
Still, my lawyer says it’s better to negotiate (w kids and cranky wife…) and it’s possible to lose in court because the marriage is without future.
After the 10 very strict grounds for statutory divorce there seems to be a way to divorce for difficulty to maintain the marriage, which can mean everything.
