The last time I had to throw something large away (a bed), my neighbor called the city on my behalf and arranged a time for pick up. Does anyone have details on how to do that?
Any other ideas about how to get furniture hauled away that I don’t want?
hm, when the garbage and recycling trucks came through our area at their routine time, we were able to give our dryer to the recycling guys without making any special arrangements. but, i don’t know if that is a special case for us because we live in a gated community.
