âAny questions about the fact that Members, congressional staff, or journalists appear in call records released by the Committee should be directed at those individuals, who were in contact with individuals of investigative interest to the impeachment inquiry,â Patrick Boland told The Daily Beast.
For example, Lev Parnas. 
Iâll give a simple explanation. CIA taps phone of say, Mr. Terrorist. Or subpoenas phone records of Mr. Terrorist. Mr Terry either calls, or is called by Devin Nunes, for example. So when you subpeona Terryâs phone records, of course Devin Nunesâ number is gonna pop up.
It works like this, and has worked like this, for a long, long time. Now switch out Terry with Parnas, who has been under criminal investigation and has been indicted.
Same will be true if someone like Rudy G is under suspicion of crimes. They will get his phone records, anyone heâs been in contact with can be noted. Welcome to the criminal justice system of the USA.

Youâre saying something as fact with zero basis for it, this is fake news. They got Parnasâ phone records, or Rudyâs phone records, because theyâre both under criminal investigation. Their records show contact with people like Nunes, which is a completely different thing from Schiff getting Nunesâ phone records silliness.
OK, so letâs accept Schiff limited his subpoena to Rudy and Parnas.

Iâll give Schiff props for the way he handled his job. The Dems sent the right guy. He is an impressive lawyer. Donât get me wrong, total knob, liar and co-conspirator, but he was rarely shaken and sometimes eloquent in his knot tying. 
Trump should compliment him. That would probably cause a reboot.
