I am moving from San Francisco to Taiwan soon and will be living in Taoyuan. Does anybody have advice about what schools are good for a new teacher in the area, and which should be avoided? I have read one thread about Gloria’s which got pretty good reviews by most people.I have a BA but have not taught English before. Any info helps especially personal experiences you have had. Thanks.
Avoid Sally Wu and ESL 4 Asia/Kao Chi International School like the plague. You can read this thread to see why:
