I was figuratively raised near Hsinchu County, so my vote goes to the Hakka one prepared in Taiwan.
The Okinawan chili oils though are quite nice, so they do win some points there.

Any Forumosan is welcome to come and visit me on my farm in Hokkaido this summer. I’ll be there starting at the end of this month. Just pm me. I might put you to work in my greenhouse though but will pay you generously in all the cold Sapporo draft beer you can drink.

Abashiri Beer is a craft beer brewery located in Abashiri, Hokkaido. (I seen it Dollars in Taiwan sometimes)

Locals in Hokkaido tell me Yebisu is the best but I like Sapporo Classic because it’s so fresh.

Love yebisu, so happy to find it easy here. In HK only in a very few fancy super market, never found in any restaurant/bar
