I enjoy them with Olive oil, a little vinegar, salt/pepper, Mustard, mixed into a "French dressing " . Threw the last one away after waiting so long for it to ripen

However, I did find a recipe from our Martha Stewart about drizzling olive oil over avocado slices, so I guess there’s that.
I like both avocado and olive oil, but I can’t imagine tasting the avocado if I combined them. I imagine tasting only the olive oil. Still, I do see that it’s done - and I haven’t tried it so who knows. Whatever floats your boat; it’s your dime after all.
