I’ve seem a lot of aloe-based creams at Costco in bulk/large packages…Western brands…I think one that I recall is Glysomed…I would try Costco…
You can also find someone who sells Aloe products from www.foreverliving.com . Be careful though…they might try to sign you up to their “cult”.
