but i’ve searched these threads about MSword’s built in traditional to simplified text converter, and all my chinese collegues have it working fine on their chinese machines, but i can’t make it goddam work on my nice new shiny office XP english machine even though all the lang packs, and everything else chinese oriented is intalled and works just fine… please could someone tell me how to find and use this mysterious simp./trad. chinese text converter in MSword… :?:

Try Tools --> Language --> Chinese translation

hmmm… thanks for the idea, but all i get from tools/language/translation is an option to look up the text in spanish or french… still no sign of simple to traditional chinese conversion… :?:
