Alternative Certification

Hello Forumosans,

The comparatively low price of this program and doing the lion’s share of the work on-line really makes this program attractive. However, I’d like to know if you think I might run into trouble concerning the recognition of the granted license. Is a license a license, or will the Taiwanese government frown upon this program?

Much obliged for any input.

In Taiwan, a license is a license. If you want a public school job, this will pass. They don’t really care how you got the license, just that you have one. What they do frown upon (read: not accept) are degrees earned online. As long as you earned your degree from a brick and mortar institution, they could care less how you got your license. They don’t look into that. They just see if you have one or not.
