Pretty much but if you can fix it the first time you can probably fix it again and not have to lug a computer to a store or wait for the repair guy to get your place or what not… alot cheaper too :smiley:

Yes, Airport Extreme is a router/wireless network device. When your PC’s fixed, hook it up to that, and then you’re in business – you can access your PC from any other wi-fi-enabled computer (like your macbook). You will have to learn how to set up a network and share your hard drives in XP, but this shouldn’t be a hard task at all.
