Hi, I am looking for English speaking barber for men’s hair. Thank you in advance.
Just rock up to any and ask for a #1 and you will be out in under 5 minutes with a head as smooth as a Buddha’s head.
You can also show them a picture of what you want, even at the NT$120 places.

Try this place.
Thank you for the suggestion, do we have to book in advance?
I think u can just visit straight away
I like Biba Salon, but it’s near Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall station, not Nanshijiao. The owner (Jimmy) speaks good English and learned to cut hair in Australia and Germany, so he’s more familiar with the more wavy and curly types of hair that foreigners have. I found that the 100 NT haircut places always delivered inconsistent quality and that the “barbers” were baffled by hair that was not perfectly straight like most Taiwanese. Biba isn’t cheap though, but it’s worth it for a good quality consistent hair cut and if you can make it from Nanshijiao, I think it’s worth it.
