Most of the western brands in Taiwan have people from home office working here. Fairly easy to google the top executives for big brands if you are interested for what ever reason but a lot of sales people also. Quite a few western owners of Bike related businesses also.
Join the Taichung Bike week next month and you can meet a lot of people.
