Just wondering if anyone is working as a freelance web designer?
Basically, I’m looking to build a CMS system from open-source cores (Joomla, Drupal, phpBB, etc) and have some customization done.
Sorry, I don’t want a “skilled hobbyist” for the job. I’d rather pay proper for professional work.
So if there’s anybody out there making a go of it freelance who might be interested in doing a cool project for a fair price, please drop me a PM.
