Any idea what amounts in NT they're looking for in visa proof of funds?

I’ve heard that for visitor visas its about $2000 USD, but I’m wondering what resident visas would be, specifically for the intention of studying long term. Any ideas? Cheers.

I believe it used to be 30,000NT$/month (roughly 1,000 USD)
