This is the third private school I’ve seen that pays hourly instead of salaried, which I find a bit strange.
Anyways if there is any info out there about the school please share if you don’t mind, it would be helpful.

The School was a very good school and I really enjoyed working at Yanping. Daniel, Paul, and Tyler have been there for years. Emily and Steve are new there this year. The pay is hourly because the work is hourly. Come to work to teach, go home. It is a very satisfying arrangement and management is quite cordial.
