technically it is toasted pasta balls. i have never seen it in Taiwan. only the wheat couscous.

I have bought Carrefour brand cous cous made from cassava before. It said made in france, but we all know its from africa somewhere and rebranded in france. If i recall corrently little over $100 for a kg. 2021
