Last year they had a dandy for “year of the rat” over by the dept. store in Xinyi. They told me they’ll only have a small one inside this time 
Any other places put them up well before hand? I know they’ll have the CKS one but that won’t be up for a while.
There’s some at the entrance to Daan Forest Park at Heping East road and Xinsheng South road. Green ones.
In the Year of the Rat, I’ve seen more rats running around (primarily at the office) than ever before.
I’m expecting the office to be overrun by cows soon.
