I don’t know about trusted but the first floor here has many stalls you can get quotes at. They have an incentive to offer you fair value because they know you can just walk to the next one. SOP is to not to be shy about walking away and get a few quotes just to be sure.

Nova electronics market usually has a couple resellers. I don’t think they’re in Taipei anymore and the closest one I go to is in Taoyuan.
Could try Facebook sales groups.

We bought second hand cellphones online (Momo) and all went very smooth.
They even have different tiers and prices depending on the conditions of the phone.
Stores have to make money so they won’t offer you a ‘decent’ price.
I’ll buy it from you for a good price.
