I want to open a bank account with Bank of Taiwan. I’m American with ROC citizenship(courtesy of my parents), but I heard that you had to be 20 to vote or open a bank account. Does anybody know if that’s true and can confirm it for me?
I’m 19 right now, and my birthday is in April. I really don’t want to wait almost a year to open a bank account. So any information would be really helpful!
