As for the “secret” landing, perhaps they meant doing a circle to land on 28 instead of the straight in on 10.Of course thats assuming the windspeed was low enough so that there isnt much of a tailwind on 28. 10 goes right over pinchiang street where a lot of gawkers go to spot aircraft. 28 would not fly over as good vantage points. And yeah there is only one runway at Sungshan. Not even a landable taxiway like CKS.
CKS has two main runways and two parallel taxiways that could if such need arise be used for landings and take offs.
