I am a certified U.S. teacher and also have Taiwanese citizenship (ABT married to a Taiwanese man) and am considering opening a home-based daycare center/preschool. My Chinese is not good enough to find out this information in Chinese and hubby is always busy, so does anyone have any experience with this and can help me out?
Is there a permit I need to get, regulations I need to follow? Inspections? Is there a place I can go to ask more about this? Any information would be much appreciated.
