I think you can get there by entering the alley by the Imperial Hotel and walking past Malibu West to the next intersection (Shuang Cheng St.) and then it is to the left if I am not mistaken and in a basement and very popular with Filipina maids on Sundays. Anyway, I have never been there (well I was once years ago but I think that it is very different now).

It is also a hang out for hookers and “ladies drinks” girls. Loud dance music and usually pretty vacant. The bar girls sometimes hang out there after the regular bars close after 4am or so.
At least that is what someone told me…
