Well it’s not a big one, but I have an FTTx? b? whatever it’s called 10/2 line here outside Kaohsiung and usually (every time for the last year) a speedtest is just about right on those numbers…last few days my dl is still 10MB/s but my upload is only about 450kb. Anyone having similar probs?

Hmmm thanks…this is the same service we’re talking about right? I ask that because my speedtests never come in at over 10/2 like your upload speed did there.
Do you have any theories as to why my upload is slower all of a sudden? It only really affects me using my ps3 online, though at 500k it might still be ok…just want to understand which end the problem might be coming from, mine or the isp? I would assume it’s the isp, since my dl speeds are unchanged.
Same service. I would contact Hinet and ask them to check your line. Or first unplug modem and router and reboot them.

Maybe as it is CNY many kids in Asia are at home playing onlines games.
