The sweat is so bad it comes out the doors onto the streets from some of the gyms, they really stink. Their circulation is bad and some venues are very overcrowded. ---

Overcrowding is the worst problem with gyms in Taiwan. The one I go to also has a lot of old people so its best to go before them. I was waiting last week for some old bat who was using the leg press as a leg stretcher, for an hour. Then theres this other guy who is doing god knows what with the machines. Looks like qi gong. Why can’t they do this in the park? The staff never do anything. They are useless. ---

If they start rubbing up against the machines it’s game over. It’s like Taiwan pensioners mating ritual. ---
