Is it a problem a problem if I have the residence for students then I will apply for the Arc with my bank statement with only 170000ntd?
What I have heard is it should be more than 80,000 or 100,000NTD a few years ago, so I guess 170,000NTD may be enough. You may ask to boca or NIA, or your school.

One of my friend told me it’s not a problem cause I have the resident visa already
If one of your friends told you, you should be fine. However if you want a more accurate response, talk to the immigration office.
