Applying for a job - required documents

After searching for over an hour I grew frustrated at the old information and non relevant information and have had to ask this in a new topic.

What documents do I need if I want to apply for a teaching job.
As far as I can tell I need:
Degree certificate
Contract from school
Health certificate
Copy of lease/proof you live at an address from landlord?
Clean criminal record proof? If you cannot get that an Affidavit letter saying no criminal record?

As someone from the UK, do I need to apply to the ACRO Criminal Records Office (which was linked on my home county Police website)?

Cheers.

if it is a Buxiban job, here is the info.

Cheers,
12. Clearance certificate indicating that the employed foreigner does not have national criminal record of sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual bulling and impairment of child and juvenile rights issued by the country issuing foreigner’s passport in recent 6 months.

If you have been away from your home country for years how does that work?

What country?

I don’t know. Anyway, the document should be issued in recent 6 months.
