APRC For Minors (Dependents)..finally possible

Recently Taiwan allows Minor to get their APRC if the parents have APRC for more than 5Y and continuously (>183 days) resided in Taiwan for 5Y.

Calling the Immigration office one person told me they need the Birth Certificate notarized by the Consulate where the Birth Certificate was released in Taiwan, another told me taht it needs to be notarized in the Taiwanese Embassy where the child was born…

Do you have any experience with this matter?

Generally, a document needs to be notarized by TECO in where the document was issued.

Correct but for example in case of driving license it was not the case…
Do you think they need as well the chinese translation?
