Hi Guys and Girls,
I have a friend who has a little problem. His ARC is “in the pipeline” so to speak, but the school he will be working for, has just informed him that he will have significantly less hours than first agreed upon. These new hours also differ from his contract. He’s thinking of bailing and finding a new school. Should he hold out a little until the ARC is completed? How long does this usually take? Or, should he start making waves now and get his passport back?
