Are Canadian and American food different or are they made to look the same in Taiwan?

So in Kaohsiung , the bagels are which version? (like at a breakfast shop or Costco?)

Neither! Sorry, but the bagels here suck. I guess you could say they’re closer to the New York kind, but they’re faaaaar from New York quality. The few bagels I’ve had here are just bready messes. The best bagels you can get would be Einstein Bros bagels at Costco, which is a mass produced American chain. In the US, they’d just be so-so, but here they’re probably the best you can do. As a bagel snob, I never really eat bagels here though.

Have tried this one, what do you think?
