David bond is back in the news!!
I can’t quite remember the exact details but he came to Taiwan a number of years ago.
He set up some kind of publicity stunt with a skinny blonde guy where they released a video while in Taiwan saying Taiwanese girls were easy sluts.
But the catch was that David had already left Taiwan at the time of the videos release ! The press went mental, everyone was reporting on the dastardly behavior of these 2 evil passport bros.a search team was sent out to hunt down and teach them a lesson in respecting Taiwan. But they were already outta here.

I saw a passport bros., an older non local man and his BF much younger like half his age (or more). No one comment about two men holding hands, but about massive age difference.

I’m not reading this whole thread, but I’m bored (procrastinating instead of working) so I’ll add my 2 meandering cents while I try to do anything but work. Anyway, I think sexpats or actual “Passport Bros” are gross. No one should travel to any country looking to exploit locals for sex, whether that’s through money or abuse of power dynamics or whatever. But nowadays, I see feminists and their woke allies trying to conflate that with those who might have a dating preference. As a white guy, I developed a preference for dating Asian women once I moved out here. I can’t explain it anymore than someone else can explain a preference for dating redheads, blondes, or even those of the same sex. I just find Asian women more attractive 
Likewise, my wife also has a preference for white guys. But I’m now being told by the social media hags… sorry, wags… that this is a “fetish”… a term I’ve always associated with liking extreme sex acts. Imo, there’s nothing extreme about having a certain type of person that attracts you, but apparently it’s something we should suppress or deny nowadays because it’s not politically correct. Also, there’s so many double standards; like you can see above… Asian man + white woman gets cheers, but Asian woman + white man gets jeers. 
I agree on this 100%, I also see few of this kind people in Southern Taiwan. In Taipei I seen/talked a few, maybe it has more nightlife or easier find this match/peoples. (Both male/female, in KHH people are more conserative)
This also, I think is by location. In Southern Taiwan there are few white females and also locals (and me) just go out with locals. If the Asian man is where is more white women should like here (my experience in Europe some women fetish Japan/Korea culture/people more than me ha)
It helps when you frame this in their stupid idea that “Racism = Prejudice + Power”. You’re either an oppressor or the oppressed. Men oppress women, White oppresses Asian.
White man = double oppressor, Asian woman = double oppressed.
White woman = Half/half, Asian man = half/half.
They see a WMAF pairing as the oppressed siding with the oppressor. This is similar to the socialist idea of a “class traitor”.
Agreed, but they deny the premise that this attraction can form without considering racial power dynamics. They reason white guys only see see Asian girls as attractive is because they’re seen as submissive, easy to dominate.
If you define your whole worldview solely in terms of power dynamics, it’s not a surprise you get to conclusions like this.
If that’s what they think, I don’t think they actually know many Asian women!

The fact is, they’re waaay more racist than any of us out here married to Asian spouses. They still subscribe to the antiquated stereotype of “China dolls” who are submissive to their husband’s very whim! I love my wife, but she’s definitely… in most areas, at least… the dominant party in our marriage, and I better not forget it!

I think it is more about getting a girl one wants. A lot of single ladies in the west who have unrealistic standards or are otherwise undesirable. Why settle for less when there is more available?
They probably have the veneer of being submissive. When they have citizenship and find out they can take the house, their true colors will surface.
