Are postal services to the U.K. back?

I checked Taiwan’s post office website but couldn’t see any updates about whether post can be sent to the U.K. again.

Anyone tried recently?

I sent a letter at the post office about a month ago, they accepted it, whereas it was refused by them several times months before. Don’t know whether it arrived yet, though
