I’m in Manila visiting for the weekend and have learned of these “Meal Plans” which are designed to meet the prescribed requirements of popular diets.
Are meal plans like this available in Taipei?
For example, Le Souffle is a popular fine dining restaurant in Manila. They will prepare a week’s worth of meals for you (2 meals per day) and deliver them to your home. The recipes and order of the meals comply with the South Beach Diet - so after 2 week’s worth, you are certain to lose 10kg. And because it’s Le Souffle that is preparing the meals, the food is amazing.
My mom recently did 2 weeks’ worth. She tells me each meal costs PHP 300 (roughly NT$ 171.61) and she’s happy with the results.
