its quite easy to get out of hand. phones and social media should be treated with more seriousness. its so easy for me to get sucked in and lose hours browsing nothing. its basically next level procrastination. i pick up the phone because i don’t want to do what i should be doing and then get sucked into reactionary mode.

taiwanese are on another level though, its like they need 24/7 stimulation or they will not be able to function.
