Is anyone in or near ShihFen, or going there very soon?
I have a report of a black dog with a trap on his or her back leg, spotted in the old street of ShihFen (the street where they sell the sky lanterns).
Please, let me know if, when and where you see this poor dog - I will go and get him or her.
