The only other “TARGET” I know of is a completely bullshit blackjack system – possibly generalized to other gambling games – by some guy who built up a reputation as a gambling expert and then sold his soul to make a buck. Perhaps he’s generalized it to the stock market now, like Wade “Crook” Cook. If so, run like hell, his systems are based on complete crap (his blackjack “system” even advised things like checking how full the ashtrays were). I think his name was Jerry Patterson.
