I remember a time when Forumosa was somehow connected with Facebook and my
friends Facebook names would show up here at the top of my page.
It was a bit eerie because I’m wondering if they see my Facebook name or my Forumosa name popping up if they visit Forumosa.
I’m guessing that capability still exists but it’s not activated.
I never knowingly agreed to exchange information from here to Facebook.
That would not exist here today. That was a phpBB software modification, and I am unaware of anything like that in the Discourse software we use today. And if there is, I would not plug it in
I just read my reply in that thread, and I realize it was not a phpBB modification after all. It was a facebook thing, so you are right, the capability might still be there. I still would not want to implement it if there was a way
