What is everyone doing with their music CDs? Mine are sitting in drawers collecting dust. Any thoughts on where to donate them where they might be listened to? (As opposed to someone who would take them and then try to sell them for NT$ 50 or less each.)
I also have a decent collection of Grateful Dead/Jerry Garcia & GD related offshoot bands bootleg CDs that a collector may be interested in. Those I’d give away for free.

If you want a little money, probably Hard Off.

Hard off or other thrift stores… unfortunately at this time CD’s aren’t worth much (no telling if this could change). I think the fact that they are digital means they are easily duplicated, not requiring specialized factories to duplicate them like records.

Right now the big hot thing is records… those are selling for crazy prices.

Searched online for Hard Off in Taichung but everything is in Mandarin. Can you guys tell me where this store is in Taichung?

Are you talking about live shows burned onto CDs? :cd:

Yes, live shows. Although there may be a studio recording or 2 amongst them as well.

That’s a tough sell. I have every show ever on a hard drive.

I parted with my burned cds a few years ago. Kept them corner years without listening to one. Still hard— sorry thought I was ready to talk about it— :sob:
