Asthma inhaler?

I use a corticosteroid inhaler called SYMBICORT, which costs 1200nt for 120 doses. I am supposed to take it twice a day to prevent inflammation of the airways.

Does anybody use a less expensive daily-therapy inhaler that does the same job?

Are there any other people out there who get short of breath just looking at MRT stairs?
